Happiness is purely a biological stimulus from thoughts, intentions, and behaviors. We can go directly to gratitude and feel happiness without achieving or shopping. 

We can get into daily practices of finding gratitude to feel happy, interrupt negative thinking, and snap out of problems causing stress. Gratitude is free and always available. 

We can make it a primary goal and by pass a lot of effort consumed to find happiness.
